How it works
- We email the listing agent and ask what the seller would accept for an all-cash, as-is purchase with no financing contingency.
- The buyer is a private individual, who signs every contract.
- The buyer intends to assign the contract to a cash buyer before closing, and tells the seller so in writing before signing.
Listing agents: reply to our email with a number, a question or a no. Any of those is a fine answer.
For cash buyers
If you buy houses for cash in Texas or Alabama, email your buy box: areas, price range, condition and how soon you can close. When we hold a contract that fits, we'll send it to you. What we offer is our equitable interest in a purchase contract, not the house itself.

We don't sell them or share them for marketing. Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails and we'll stop the same day. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email ellis@lindenpropertyco.com. If you ask us to delete it, we keep your email address on our do-not-contact list so we don't email you again.
